1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Ardoca, a service operated by ezyClients OÜ (“ezyClients”, “we”, “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, on our website ardoca.com and in our application (app.ardoca.com and Customer subdomains {company}.ardoca.com).
In short:
- ardoca.com sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The embedded video loads from YouTube only when you press play.
- The application stores what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, and uses analytics in your browser only after you consent.
- We use no Google Analytics and no advertising cookies.
2. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. Local storage is a similar mechanism that lets a website keep small pieces of information in your browser. Both can remember preferences, enable certain features or, where you consent, help analyse usage.

“Application” means app.ardoca.com and Customer subdomains {company}.ardoca.com.
When you press play on an embedded video, YouTube (Google) or Vimeo receives data such as your IP address and may store information in your browser under its own privacy policy.
PostHog session replays are fully masked. PostHog data is stored in the EU (Germany).
Separately from this storage, our servers send error and log reports to PostHog that carry identifiers only, never names, contact details, form answers or file contents. They use no cookies and do not depend on your cookie choice; see sections 2 and 3 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Managing your choices
- In the application: the cookie banner asks for your choice on your first visit. To change or withdraw it later, use Cookie settings in the footer of the application (shown once you are signed in), or write to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
- In your browser: you can delete cookies and local storage, or block them, through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent you from signing in to the application.
